10 Years of Zakhost: A Brand that Started Because I was Frustrated

On May 26, Zakhost completed 10 years, and it feels like the right time to reflect on where it all began.

The truth is, Zakhost wasn’t started because I wanted to build a hosting company. It started because I was frustrated.

Back then, while managing websites for clients, I constantly faced issues with hosting providers. Support was slow, email responses were rare and even simple issues often required long phone calls and endless follow-ups.

Managing multiple clients across multiple hosting companies made things even more complicated. I remember thinking there had to be a better way.

What started as an attempt to solve my own problem slowly evolved into Zakhost, a company built around reliability, customer support and simplicity.

Over the years, technology has changed dramatically. Businesses have become more digital, customer expectations have increased and the hosting industry has evolved. But one thing has remained constant: our focus on helping customers with infrastructure they can trust.

There have been challenges, late nights, difficult decisions and countless lessons along the way. But there have also been incredible customers, team members and partners who made this journey possible.

Looking back, I’m grateful that a simple frustration turned into something that has now served businesses for a decade.

And while 10 years is a proud milestone, it feels less like a destination and more like the beginning of the next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.
