On March 12, 2023, I had the privilege of attending an exclusive private dinner hosted by Conosh at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, featuring none other than celebrity chef Gary Mehigan, renowned globally for his role on MasterChef Australia.
What followed that evening was nothing short of extraordinary. A seven-course sit-down dinner paired with fine wines, crafted and curated personally by Chef Gary for a select group of around 100 guests.
A Culinary Experience by Conosh
\Earlier that day, Chef Gary conducted a hands-on masterclass that brought culinary enthusiasts together to learn, cook, and interact. But the evening transitioned into something more intimate and elegant—a private dining experience that showcased not just food, but storytelling, hospitality, and connection.
As the Founder of Akki Studios, I’ve always believed that creativity—whether in design or cuisine—thrives in detail, balance, and passion. That evening, I found myself surrounded by fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, food lovers, and connoisseurs. The conversations were vibrant, ideas flowed easily, and the shared appreciation for craft was evident in every moment.
Meeting Chef Gary in such a personal setting was a highlight in itself. His warmth, humor, and genuine passion for food made the entire evening feel less like a formal event and more like a celebration among peers.
